Great Food, amazing prices & great service. We were checked on, we were greeted within 5 minutes & Mariah was outstanding the whole time. She gave amazing suggestions to cope with my pork allergy! A what looks like 9oz glass of wine is only $7! My husband and I enjoyed an amazing date night & we WILL be back!

Hong Hot Pot was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was absolutely excellent, and the entire experience was fun, interactive, and memorable. Being able to order a wide variety of fresh ingredients and cook everything right at the table made the meal feel unique and engaging. The quality of the beef was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfect for hot pot. We enjoyed trying different cuts of beef along with fresh vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients. Sharing the cooking experience with family and friends made the meal even better, turning dinner into an event rather than just a meal. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and energetic. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe that made us want to stay and enjoy our time together. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or questions. If you’re looking for authentic hot pot, high-quality beef, fresh ingredients, and a fun interactive dining experience, I highly recommend Hong Hot Pot. Great food, great atmosphere, and an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must Try in Tampa! After a long day at the park, it was finally dinner time. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted, and with two picky kids, trying a new restaurant felt a little risky. We stumbled across Hong BBQ & Hot Pot in Fowler and decided to give it a shot. Our backup plan was simple. If the kids didn’t like it, we’d grab McDonald’s afterward. Turns out, we had absolutely nothing to worry about. From the moment you walk through the doors, the experience is impressive. The design, atmosphere, and cultural experience immediately make this place feel unique. It’s inviting, fun, and unlike anything we have back home. Our biggest concern was whether the kids would enjoy the food. What they ended up loving was the entire experience. Being able to cook their own food right at the table on the grill and in the hot pot was a huge hit. They were engaged, excited, and having fun the entire meal. The food itself was excellent. The beef was seasoned perfectly, the vegetables were fresh, and everything is brought right to your table for you to cook exactly how you like it. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been to a Chinese hot pot in the city of Richmond BC just south Of Vancouver. A predominant Chinese city in this hot tub restaurant is on par with that except this one is all you can eat. The service is absolutely phenomenal. Heidi is an amazing and very friendly server with food comes out ridiculously fast. She didn’t even leave the table and the food was already there. We also got two free fans at the end. You need this in your life.

Starting things off Zai is the man! Would definitely request to be in his section, he is fun and makes his own dipping sauce that goes perfectly with everything! The food: Excellent and such a large amount to choose from plus an app, sauce and ice cream bar. We didn’t do the BBQ this time but will def give it a try next time. Celebrated our daughters 17th birthday Cannot wait to go back
